Attending a two day European strategy conference today and tomorrow. Today was Gary Hamel and Michael Porter. Top, thought provoking, inspiring stuff. Tom Peters was supposed to speak tomorrow but unfortunately his doctor grounded him in the US at short notice.
So, tomorrow it's Charles Handy in the morning and a Tom Peters stunt double in the afternoon. I did briefly consider offering my own services in place of Peters (after all I am listed on his blogroll, this must be some form of credential) but decided against it. I reckoned the world wasn't quite ready for my kind of take on business strategy and management. Certainly if yesterday's post is anything to go by.
