Every time you come back from shopping and you're loaded with heavy bags full of groceries, your front door keys are always in the wrong pocket so that you always have to swap your shopping bags to your free hand to free up your shopping bag carrying hand to dig them out? Every time. I checked it out. It's like that buttered toast principle where if you drop a slice of buttered toast it always lands buttered side down. Or how cats always land on their feet. And how you would risk collapsing the universe in on itself if you strapped a slice of buttered toast, butter side up, to the back of a cat and threw them in their air.
And every time you get into a new car or a hire car and you need to clean the windscreen you always end up tooting the horn at the most inopportune moments, like when a posse of gangsta rappers are crossing the road in front of you. Or when you join a queue in a shop and just as you're about to be served the till roll runs out. Either I'm very jinxed and this always just happens to me or there's a global conspiracy whereby till rolls are produced to be very short, like maybe only 3 or 4 customers worth in length, just to slow everybody down for some conspiratorial Bildberg Group type reason. I don't know why they'd want to slow people down but there has to be a reason.
Sporadic blogging as I'm back the motherland for the weekend.
