It occurred to me the other day to build a series of posts where I revisit old blogs and predictions I made in the distant past, and check how accurate my visionary skills were.
And so I was pleasantly surprised to discover yesterday that I invented Twitter way back in 2003. That I didn't spend another twenty minutes turning that kernel of an idea into a pseudo business plan is mildly regrettable. Ahem.
It's quite weird reading stuff I wrote 8+ years ago about which I had completely forgotten. Like reading the rantings of a stranger who has stolen my identity. I'll dig out some more, I vaguely recall envisioning Facebook at some point, too...
