Various things I'd like to write about but don't have the time...

I'm missing my 2 year old daughter a lot lately. We're spending just great times together as a family at the weekends that it just seems to be right old interruption to have to come to work during the weekdays, leaving me to snatch a couple of hours every evening before she disappears off to dream land. File under, "Welcome to Life".

I bought a 34 year old brochure on eBay the other day, for the 1970 VW 1302 range. I'll try to scan up some pages soon. My first true love and companion was a 1970 VW 1302s when I was 18. We were together for a year before her high maintenance lifestyle, drink problem and her tendency to fall to pieces if you looked at her the wrong way, got the better of our relationship and I had to break up with her. Looking at the brochure was like looking at some long lost photographs of your first girlfriend. Every inch of chrome, every switch and control knob, every curve, it all came flooding back with fascinating detail.

If you have the financial means, buy stocks in hard disk companies. It's the future.
