A long day, up at 5am, flight to Dublin at 7am, back at 8pm and no ticket for the car park. Usually the car parking companies make you pay the full daily amount for lost tickets. Not today, a very cool dude greeted me with

Airport Parking Dude: "How long you been in?"
Bedraggled Me: "6.30......AM"
APD : "OK."
BM: ?

And he proceeded to charge me what I would have paid had I not lost my ticket. How refreshing, how Heineken*.
