I admit it. I have used Napster and other file sharing apps but lets not mess around, my guess is that you have too.
In the comfort and privacy of my own home I have downloaded MP3's that I didn't own on cassette, vinyl or CD but I've also downloaded tracks from CD's I do own but have been long since lost either to forgetful friends, damage or just plain lost.
Before you get the wrong idea I'm making a point here about the similarity between file sharing and soft drug use. For the court record I haven't ever used soft drugs (nor hard ones), I am surrounded by hundreds of pounds of cardboard boxes which contain software I've legally purchased and I have a considerably large genuine CD collection.
