I am a certified non-executive director specialising in go-to-market strategy and leadership development. I've held senior operational and executive leadership positions within publicly listed organisations, including Microsoft and Xero, and I have over 20 years of board experience in executive and non-executive roles.
Between 2009 and 2022, I spearheaded Xero’s growth in the UK, taking it from a start-up with £50k in annual sales to the position of market leader with annual recurring revenues of £185M and over 850,000 SMB customers. I served as a member of Xero's global leadership team for over 12 years, during which time Xero grew to more than $1Bn in ARR and 3 million customers globally.
In addition to my board advisory and governance responsibilities, I actively participate in the future of B2B tech as an angel investor, I advise founders and CEOs on growth and strategy and write about leadership on Substack.
I hold a Certificate in Corporate Governance from INSEAD.
